Mondo - Moonrise Kingdom - Jay Ryan 269/330

I received my second shipment from Mondo which included both my Oscar prints: Moonrise Kingdom and The Master. First up, Moonrise!

I was lucky to snag this print. Moonrise Kingdom dropped on a refresh I was doing for The Master and I was able to cart/checkout before it was announced. Perfect timing.

Very nice print. It's 18 X 24. The water has both solid lines and metallic lines (other items are metallic). There is one unfortunate nick in the print (looks like the ink didn't stick), but other than that, it looks great.

Being a huge Wes Anderson fan, I'm real excited to have this. I hope to get more Wes prints soon!

Mondo - Friday The 13th - Francesco Francavilla 104/345

Alright, so I'm back to try this blog thing, again. Hopefully I don't flake out on myself, again. I recently received my first Mondo print in the mail. "Friday The 13th" by Francesco Francavilla. The pictures below don't really do justice to the amount of detail and quality of the print (especially in the branches). It's 24 X 36 & limited to 345. The last picture shows the artists signature which was buried in a tree. Took a few minutes of starring to find this. I'm extremely excited to get this framed, as Friday The 13th is one of my favorite movies, and horror series....well it got more ridiculous with each release, but was always entertaining. I'll be posting future Mondo releases, art & vinyl in the future!
